This book is a must read for everyone to understand the gift that God gave us called fear. He lays out how to engage that gift as well as differentiating it from mere anxiety.
Too many people--especially in Christian settings--have problems setting boundaries in their lives. This lack of boundaries is not only holding us back in our relationships, but it is actually holding us back from serving God.
So many relationships both in our personal lives and our spiritual lives suffer because we don't understand how we accept and receive value and love personally as well as how others receive it. This is an essential book to help make any relationship thrive!
